If someone bullies you, remember that your reaction is exactly what the bully wants. It gives him or her power over you. Who wants to empower a bully?
2. Save evidence of bullying
Save text messages, emails and take screenshots of comments who contains bullying for evidence. This way you can show it to someone who can help you.
3. Talk to someone you trust
You deserve someone to back you up. It’s always good to involve a parent, but if you can’t a school counselor usually knows how to help. If you’re really nervous about telling it to someone, see if there’s a way to report it anonymously at school.
4. Block the bully.
If the bully keep sending you a lot of messages, texts, or profile comments, do yourself a favour:
Use preferences or privacy tools to block the person.
5. Be civil.
Even if you don’t like someone, it’s a good idea to not sink to the other person’s level.
Treat people the way you want to be treated.
